This new collection of silkscreen on canvas prints echo the expressionistic film genres of the1950s. The seemingly dangerous urban shadow-spaces, and the alluring red lipsticked femme fatale; these images, combined with the aesthetics of Pop Art have defined Moriyama Daido as a 21st century classic.

Hilo Chen: The Bather of Valpincon

New York-based Taiwanese artist Hilo Chen’s “The Bather of Valpinçon” features the artist’s well-known photorealistic paintings from the late 70s as well as early works that have not been shown since his immigration to the U.S. in 1968.
